First impressions 1. advertised dimensions: 6' x 2' x 2"; actual measured dimensions: 5'8" x 23" x 2" (ie. 180cm x 59cm x 5cm) 2. mat seems sturdy and thick 3. no velcro 4. carrying handles attached 5. correct color 6. cushioning is firm and not squishy Will start exercising on it and see how the mat holds up

Tappetino pieghevole molto spesso e comodo. Perfetto per gli addominali: a differenza di quelli più sottili, non fa male al coccige. Morbido, resistente e davvero di qualità. Consigliatissimo!

Good thick mat. I'm 6ft4 (194cm), 97kg (213lbs), so doing certain yoga positions on a normal mat would destroy my knees. This mat is absolutely thick enough to solve that. It was thicked than I anticipated when fully folded for storing and not any longer than a normal yoga mat (which is fine, just something to be aware of). Some yoga poses (Warrior for example) can stretch the mat a bit, making it slide the tiniest amount, but it's truly not an issue, just something that after the first 2-3 times of doing it, you'll forget about. No damage after about 40 hours of use.
