Dimensions Incorrect - Challenging to Install
The production dimensions reported on Amazon are incorrect. See the attached photo for the correct dimensions (W4.5"xH8.5"xE3.75"). Critical was the width. I thought I had ordered a bulkhead light that was 5.25" wide. Actual dimensions is 4.5" wide. With only 1/16" to spare, I was able to cover the circular electrical box. Fortunately, the drywallers didn't cut any hole too wide. Just be careful with this purchase! The other challenge is the gasket against the wall. The gasket needs to be stretched to get on the base of the fixture and can be very frustrating to install. Best to start stretching at the start while holding down the sections already applied (definitely need all 10 fingers). On the positive side, these lights did allow me to install my own bulb. Since I am using the lights indoors, I needed a 2700K bulb to match the other lighting in the room.

Great by our pool!
We have these out by our pool and I love they way they light up the pool deck. They coordinate well with our boating/nautical theme.

Solidly built, just some details need fixing
The light fixture itself is well made, solid metal and glass, and installs without difficulty. There are just two points which keep it from getting five stars: (1) The installation bracket provided has only a limited range of adjustment, so I had to use adapters to get it to fit in the mounting boxes I had (around 5" diagonal); (2) The rubber gasket that fits between the fixture and the wall was loose in the box, which I suspect is because it doesn't fit quite right (too small) - of the two lights I got, I was able to get the gasket installed on one after some struggle, but the other tore while I was trying to stretch it to fit. Both of these defects were repairable, of course, and once installed, the fixture is weather-tight, relatively indestructible, and looks good.

easy peasy
the gasket wasn't an issue, it came all assembled. You had to remove it to get the bulb in but it went back in fairly easy. Remember folks the gasket has to be back in but not perfect. It is made of some sort of metal composite and the bronze finish was pretty good.

Fine for a cheap fix. Used mine indoors.
I installed these to cover two bare-bulb sockets on my living room walls, a common occurrence in Mexican rental properties where I live.My place is on the beach and has a nautical theme, so these were a reasonably priced option for a quick fix. Nothing glamorous, but neither is my house.Since I was installing these indoors, I did away with the gaskets that give other reviewers so much trouble. It took my handyman about 10 minutes to install each one, including removing the previous fixture. They're not particularly high-quality sconces, but I can't complain, and I'd probably get more of them as needed.

Not as shown
The glass is just normal white. Could have gotten the light at the hardware store for half the money

Save your money and your sanity
I'm a builder and have probably installed several hundred light fixtures (luminaires) over the years. I have also accepted the fact that "Made in China" is here to stay and we need to get used to it. I also understand and accept that most of the time you get what you pay for. Having said that, these are junk and the most difficult lights I have ever tried to install. I bought six to install as exterior lighting on an outbuilding. Three had rubber, fixture-to-wall gaskets that were too small and so they either broke when trying to stretch them into place or they became such a frustration trying to get them in place that I nearly threw them away. One of the group had a broken casting on the "cage" where the screw hole goes through it. I would have returned them but they had sat in a box in inventory for too long before I went to install them.

You get what you pay for
I was skeptical because of the price and a negative review. I ordered 2 to check them out. I was pleasantly surprised. They're not ultra high quality but I found them acceptable enough to order a couple more. I will be using them inside so weather tightness is not important to me. I can see how the gasket material may not last for ever especially in direct sunlight. But for 20 bucks what are you going to find for that?

Look nothing like the photo
They're black. Plain and simple. They are not "rust".

Lights the way
While this is a design similar to ones purchased before, it is not quite a match in either quality or sizing, I know that buying something a year or so later and hoping it would match is likely a folly. This fixture is serviceable but is sized pretty tight for even a standard bulb. Heat build up could be an issue, I would suggest using LED bulbs to lower the heat. It works and does the job.

Great product
Love the light, great price and looks great on the side of my house where the deck is, doesn't stick out where someone could walk into it, might buy a few more for the lights out front of my house

Looks and works as expected.
The whole gasket thing escapes me, and I just threw them out, but the fixture looks and works great. It is metal, cheap metal, but does the job.
