Surprisingly Effective for Keeping Pests Away!
I was skeptical at first, but Shake Away Fox Urine Granules have actually worked really well for deterring unwanted animals from my yard. I had an issue with rabbits and squirrels getting into my garden, and after sprinkling this around the perimeter, I noticed a big decrease in activity within a few days. The application is simple, and the scent isn’t overwhelming to humans, but it definitely does the job for wildlife. The granules also last a decent amount of time, though I do reapply after heavy rain or every couple of weeks for the best results. If you’re dealing with rabbits, squirrels, or other small critters, this is a great natural deterrent that actually works! Highly recommend!

Out foxed!
I really wanted this to work but within three days I had actual fox scat on my wall. The culprit squirrel I was luring by feeding nuts to on the complete other side of the house was standing next to the fox poop before he jumped down into my garden thru a gap in the barrier I spent hours putting up! Gonna try spikes on the wall next! Probably spending more on prevention than I would at the grocery store replacing what I’m going to grow! Oh well! As an aside, I saw the fox sniffing around last night where I feed the squirrel. I think he’s got his number. Maybe he’ll take care of the problem for me! I think he’s too big to get through gaps in my barrier!

It works!
There is a family of rabbits (multi generational) that live in my neighborhood. The rabbit damage to my yard was so bad, I couldn't keep grass. I tried trapping (it took over a month to just catch one), ultra sonic devices, motion sprinklers, etc...The furry little buggers always found a way to avoid my deterrents in order to root and feast on what little grass I had.I didn't have high hopes for this product because of my experience with other chemical repellents (they all failed, and were treated like seasoning on what little grass I had by the rabbits), but boy was I surprised with this product! One liberal application of this stuff keeps rabbits off my lawn for about two weeks (so long as it doesn't rain). I highly recommend it! I am not sure if it is a combination of using this stuff, the ultra sonic device, and the motion sprinkler, but sure enough, this stuff worked, and I will be buying more soon; I actually have grass now.

It works!
Rabbits were eating our petunia buds, & other blooms in our flowerbeds. Very frustrating. Purchased fox urine granules and haven't seen a rabbit since. The Flower buds are growing back!Update: It's been at least a couple weeks or so, and no bunnies returning! flowers blooming nicely. I have to admit, I am applying the stuff at least 2 times a week, just to be sure. The scent is bad to a human nose for just a couple hours... after that, not noticeable to me. I just sprinkle a little around the base of each flower. It has worked. I am very grateful for this product!7/20/17 update, no rabbits. Flowers in full bloom again. The flowers to the left of the birdbath had been nibbled down to a nub. As you can see, with fox urine granules, problem solved! Rabbit seen at neighbors yard nibbling on their flowers. Rabbits changed residence. I better tell them about the product ! 😁

Doesn't Work Well
I bought Shake Away to get rid of squirrels that had chewed through the eaves on our house and have been running around in the space at night, scratching. We previously had squirrels in the attic and fox urine (the liquid kind) worked very well to scare the squirrels away and keep them away for some time. However, when we put the Shake Away in the attic and eaves, it did nothing. We put the product in small dixie cups as well as small nylons around the different areas. After several applications, the squirrels are still there. We have had to call a pest service to safely remove the squirrels from the house. If you choose to use this product as a first step before calling a pest/animal control service, do be aware that the scent is extremely strong, even with the bottle closed. You will want to store it in an area away from pets. Our dog barked and sniffed constantly near the shelf we put it in so we finally had to move it to the garage.
