Review: Works as it should - Mounted on an 80s road bicycle. Looks great. Logos annoy me but it comes right off with a little rubbing alcohol. Lower torque value than expected but no issues in two months of riding. Review: High quality clamp that does exactly what you need it to. - It's essentially an adapter so a perfect review would be if you forgot you installed it because it was so easy, and forgot it was on your bike because it causes no issues and blends in. This has been exactly my experience. It is a much better solution for me than having to buy a different derailleur. I had never installed one of these and had zero issues compared to a derailleur that was designed to clamp to the seat tube.

This worked exactly as I needed it to. I ...
This worked exactly as I needed it to. I was putting a modern derailleur on a vintage steel frame bike. Of course, no modern derailleurs are made to fit that old, smaller tubing. So this was the solution. It worked for pairing a modern Campangnolo Veloce derailleur to a 1970s Columbus frame. If only they made it in carbon fiber. :)

Good product - good price!
I bought this so I could use the front derailleur from an older frame that had a derailleur tab on a new frame that doesn't have one. The fit is perfect and the finish is very, very nice. The only negative is that the supplier did not supply a torque spec but I've found a starting suggestion and I'll experiment to find the minimum torque that will hold the adapter in place while shifting to the large chainring.

Works like a charm
Bought it for 1990 diamonback that I'm rebuilding using an ultegra FC6500. Couldn't be happier with the results.
