Master Tech
Cv boot torn after 500 miles after proper installation by a Ford master Tech . Shaft quality wad good , boot is crap , to stiff split open.

Defective
This part was installed on my truck and the transfer case connection point broke off within 48 hours. DO not recommend buying this part.

Failed just over thirty days after purchasing
The end of this drive shaft on the crankcase end has a cv joint, this locked up shortly after installation.

Exception to the general rule
I have received several parts from the vendor but never like this. First it was nearly 2 weeks later than the end of the delivery window that I received it. That aside I was glad to finally receive the drive shaft and installed immediately. After I reached about 6 to 7 mph I felt quite a bit of shaking from the vehicle. After replacing all other parts that could have been an issue, I then removed the drive shaft and test drove. Absolutely no shaking and so the only answer is it was not balanced in the first place. I have had good luck with the brand in general but this was a massive waste of time and money.
