Great addition to the normal Lego
The customer service was great. My grandson really enjoys the fact that he can now make things with his Lego that move and have lights.

Great idea, but disappointing product
Our grandson loves to put Lego sets together. I was hoping this product would expand his horizons. Hehas managed to assemble the gears and other parts to make two of the vehicles on his own. They work, but the motor is so slow it would lose a speed contest with a snail. Further research revealed that an additional “high speed motor” is necessary if you want more “go power” for your vehicle. So the play value of this product as it comes is disappointing. Now I’m on the hook for another twenty dollars if I expect to get any value out of what I have already spent. Unfortunately the rubbery material for the tank tracks is very stiff and has no stretch built into it. Our product tester grandchild broke one in an attempt to stretch it out. The vehicle cases are cardboard. I assume that choice of material was dictated by cost and weight concerns. They may have the virtue of being light weight, but unfortunately the two we have tried don’t even fit the assembled product.Bottom line: The cubes are a good idea, but overall this product feels like a rip off. If there is going to be much play or exploration value in it, you need to spend another twenty dollars for the additional motor. A little more thought and value included in this box would have rendered me a satisfied customer.

Please offer replacement service for missing/broken pieces!!
My son loves this set, but when he was experimenting different ways to set up the motor to power different pieces, the little transparent plastic piece that goes between the motor and the gears/wheels just broke into half midwasit. He's super upset now the motor can't spin anything, and I've been trying to see if I can get him a replacement piece but I haven't found any info on that. Wish they either include extra pieces for reasons like this like Legos does, or offer replacement service for missing pieces. It kinda sucks that right now the only way for him to use the motor again is to buy a whole new set, but then we'll have 2 motors and still only 1 piece that can connect the motor to other pieces.

Way overpriced.
I like the concept and the potential but feel the price for what you get is high.

10 yr old loves it!
Bought for my 10 yr old for Christmas. He LOVES it. He was hoping for a new LEGO motor but I couldn't find them anywhere. Honestly I think this product is a much better bang for your buck and he doesn't mind at all. Has lots if gears and it works perfectly with other brick systems. I would definitely recommend for any young motor/vehicle/rc builders :)
