Bought this decorative cutter for sourdough crackers. Small in size. Easy to use, but likely could tighten the center.

Very good product

The roller does the job, but not without a little bit of unnecessary effort. The size feels right, but the rivet that holds the blade in place is too loose. Also, the tolerance/gap between the blade and the piece that holds it in place is too wide, making the blade jiggle almost uncontrollably while being used. I guess you get what you pay for, but at the end of the day it works.

I love making my own sourdough crackers! Actually fun with this little tool!
