The matting board was of excellent quality but because I have a double picture frame with one picture in portrait and the other in landscape I would have preferred to at least have had two sheets of the blue rather than one sheet of a number of different colors. I ended up having to buy another piece anyway which turned out was large enough for the whole thing. I did not realize when I purchased it they would only be one sheet of blue since my search was specifically for blue uncut board. It's very easy to make a mistake cutting a board and with that package you have to buy a whole new package.. instead I opted out for a piece of board from Walmart here's what I was trying to avoid in the first place.

I say perfect as I have ordered different types of boards and been disappointed. This matboard is being used to create collagraph plates for printing. So please with my purchase I can see ordering again.

Worked perfectly to meet the regulations of a photography contest. Just as described, simple mounting boards for photography or other artwork.

These were perfect and arrived with a lot of protection in the box to prevent damage. However, mine were still damaged in a corner likely due to a package handler dropping it by accident. It was not severe enough that I felt like I needed to return them and have been trying to find ways to smooth it out.Otherwise, these are a very nice material and are perfectly cut on the edges, and are very high quality. I am using them for my graphic design portfolio. They are black on both sides

Arrived perfectly protected and is good quality. The black is not coal black or even a jet black, but more of a very Dark Brown Black, if that's important to you. The effect is still very pleasing with my White colored pencil on black paper drawings.
