Good quality for a renewed product! The price point was fair and I would likely buy again from this seller. Very clean and in working condition. Sound quality is great and I had no issue connecting to my phone.

Very loud and works like new. No damages! 10/10 recommendations

Seem to work well, but it stated it belonged to another person when i first connected to my phone. But I restarted them and it fixed it. And I wish it came with and apple box , instead it came in a small taped up cardboard box.

AirPods came on time, clean, and with a charger. No difference between these and a new pair. Great purchase!

Update: the seller has now stopped even trying to do the right thing. They are not responding and to make matters worse even Amazon is not going to help either so I am out over $300. Why you ask b/c these were a gift and I purchased new 3rd gen from a different seller. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. They expected me to go back to the UPS store to ask if they still have the package. I have done everything they asked including going to the store and asking about it. These were a great gift for my grandson at Christmas. They had outstanding quality, sound was fantastic, everything worked great for exactly 27 days. The left bud started failing and then completely stopped working, the right bud was failing when I asked for and received a return authorization. Sent them back on 2/3/23 and after reaching out to their customer service I was told they had to have the package back. Yep I get that but there is no way that it takes 10 days to ship something from Washington state to California. When I reached out they told me “ it looks like they haven’t been shipped or are stuck”. When I check on the UPS app it says it is a incorrect or non existent tracking label. So not my issue I used their shipping label and their instructions. Oh and one of the remedies was to take them to a Apple Store like everyone has one of those around the corner. The Apple Store closest to me is a four hour drive. Now on top of getting a crappy product they are requiring me to do the leg work to find the package and ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND ME FOR THEM.

Bought for my 16 year old daughter and she loves them. I am happy she is happy.
