This is an excellent in-home product that is very simple and safe to use. It works on home wi-fi and can be used with multiple receivers on different floors so the caregiver will never miss a call for assistance. The seller is excellent as is the product, and the product support is 5-star. I’m happy to recommend this seller and product if you are a caregiver or family member looking for peace of mind.

Love this!! We got this for my FIL, it was easy to set up. He could choose the watch or lanyard. When he fell or just needed someone we were able to help immediately.
