Power 90: 3 Powerful Workouts! On 1 DVD

I did this workout about 10 years ago and got in the best shape of my life. For whatever reason I stopped doing the exercises and became out of shape again. I lost the DVD. I was very happy to find it on Amazon. 2019 will be a very fit year for me!

I'm giving this a 5 because my friend that told me about it says it's awesome. I haven't actually viewed yet because I enjoy being out of shape... apparently.

I LOVE power 90. This routine is very good for beginners and works very well to shed pounds and get your body toned. The disc was perfect, no scratches.
