I purchased two of these as gifts for family members who have hard water. The shower heads were simple to install and they report that the filtered water makes their skin and hair feel softer. Water pressure is good. They enjoy the feature where the water can be stopped briefly while they shampoo their hair. The showerhead can be used handheld or traditionally.

OMG I love this product. I have never had it so great in an apartment complex until I purchased this for skin softness ease of installation. Wow fantastic quality great it fits perfect up there. It may not look the greatest, but who’s looking not me I’m just enjoying it. I’m enjoying the value for my money. Take it from me. I’m also enjoying the fact that I can turn it off that’s one of the greatest features of it all I live in a seniors complex and let me tell you the water was killing my poor old body. Update: I personally sent an email to the company called Feelso ( email address is under the seller info) and they said that if these are sealed tight it will cause a water vapor problem. That make sense. Also, to know that if it used or a new is to see any water marks or water spots on the cartilage. Even though I still don’t agree with how to know if it used or not because some customer returning things they’ve already used with dishonest, the company’s customer service takes good care of the issue. I just hope people do not return their used items and that Amazon resell those used items again to another customer. Their product is very good and works really well. I hope their business grows and have their own website so I can purchase through their site. I bought the shower head with a filtration with this brand called FEELSO and it was so nice my hair was so soft and whenever I take a shower I felt like heaven. Its been two months since I installed so I decided to get their filter cartilage. I wanted to see if it works before the return time frame expires. It turns out to be not working at all. The water went back to be hard when I washed my hair. As you can see, the cartilage has no sealed package. I do not know if this is used or a new by looking at the package. I did try to run the water after replacing the cartilage to let the dirty part ( usually when you get a new filter for these kind of product, the water comes out dark or some dirt comes out together so you gotta run the water for about a minute or two) but nothing came out like it is not a new cartilage. I am so disappointed with the cartilage replacement from FEELSO. I really was satisfied with the product that I first bought. Maybe I should get another new cartilages to see if that will work.

Fantastic shower head. Good filter even on hard water. You can buy additional filters separately so you don’t run out. A lot of different water settings. Good pressure and the shower head itself is large and covers the circumference of the top of your head which allows for faster rinsing. The hose is a good length and the install is easy.

I truly appreciate this filter. Now I no longer smell the additives they put in the water. It feels like I am taking a shower using clean water.

I ordered FEELSO shower-head B0B1WM933Z and wanted to purchase replacement cartridges. I made sure to read the description above which says that it is compatible with this model as described. However they do not fit at all with the shower-head as shown in pictures/video. I’ve either been sent the wrong filter cartridges and/or shower-head as they are not compatible. The ones which came with the shower-head are a lot smaller as seen on left-hand side. Instant refund request!
