Bought this to replace a broken hatch. The hatch was easy to install and having read previous reviews I took care when handling as it’s quite flexible prior to installation.The design is different to my previous hatch in that this one has a slide action and it’s quite stiff to open and close which isn’t helped by the fact that the depression you put your finger in to slide it is quite shallow. Taking into account it’s a loft hatch and only used occasionally the stiffness isn’t really an issue.Once up it looks fine, quite sleek ( if you can describe a loft hatch as sleek)

Item was ok well made apart from the polystyrene insulation which could of done with a cover of some description on it maybe a plastic one as when your handling it for instalation bits of it fall of apart from that item met my requirments

East to fit and looks nice good value for the money

Item arrived in the state of the pictures above. Noted that the box was badly damaged and therefore the item was damaged. Not a product that I would expect for an item that was new

This was used as a trap door to get in and out of the attic. Needless to say I’m in the wife’s good books now.

Sliding action of the opening is stiff requires silicone spray. Used this door to replace a smaller door, so that a loft ladder could be fitted.

Being made entirely of plastic I was a little concerned about its integrity. At first the “clamps” that locate when closed proved a little “sticky” but with a spray of liquid silicone they have improved greatly. It was however a perfect fit as a replacement to the original over 20 years old.

Habe diese Dachluke gekauft, weil sie isoliert ist und kein anderes Exemplat meine simple Anforderung: "Dachluke ohne Ausziehtreppe als Revisionsklappe" verfügbar war.Resümee vorweg: würde ich diese Klappe als häufig benutzter Zugang zu einem Dachgeschoss nutzen müssen, hätte ich sie sofort wegen unbrauchbar zurückgeschickt.Warum?Der Rahmen besteht aus einem flexiblen, man könnte auch sagen völlig instabilem Plastik. Die Klappe besteht aus dem gleichen Material. Sie ist allerdings durch die integrierte Dämmung einigermaßen verwindungssteif. Als "Verschluss" schiebt man die ganze Klappe leicht nach vorne und kann sie dann nach unten aufklappen. Alle Führungen bstehen aus leichten Kunststoffhakungen, kein Schnäpper mit Schloss, wie man es aus massiven Konstruktionen mit Ausziehtreppe kennt.Das Scharnier besteht aus dem gleichen Kunststoff und lediglich aus halbrunden Verlängerungen, die in entsprechende Aufnahmen des Rahmens greifen. Ich bin gespannt, wie lange das hält. Sollten die Drehzapfen oder Aufnahmen des Rahmens brechen, kann man die Luke im Müll versenken.Die Abmaße sind für den Einsatzzweck ausreichend. Maßhaltigkeit der angegebenen Abbildungen ist gegeben-Mit folgenden Änderungen wäre dieser Artikel echt super und dann auch sein Geld wert:Alu-Rahmenkonstruktuion und Klappe,Schnäpper zur Verriegelung,massive Metallscharniere.Bei dieser Ausführung iost die Werthaltigkeit nicht gegeben.Da sie bei mir wie gesagt lediglich als Revisionsklappe dient und ich hoffentlich da nicht mehr als fünfmal in meinem Leben dran muss, habe ich sie behalten. Das Foto zeigt die Klappe nach proviorischem Einbau vor Anbringung der Rigips-Platten als Deckenkonstruktion.

Une trappe d’accès grenier.J’ai dû faire qqs adaptations de la trémie mais le produit n’est pas en cause ni le descriptif.Par contre l’étanchéité est tellement bonne qu’il n’est pas simple de faire coulisser l’ouvrant par une canne et qu’un marché pied sera indispensable.Son aspect plastique paraît simple mais disparaît assez bien.
