Genuine BMW Shift Knob with Boot MINI Cooper R55 R56 R57 R58 R59 2007 - Current

I wish I could have found this item that includes a leather shift knob, or even just the part that connects the boot to the center console (that's the part that broke), but this is a 100% OEM Gen2 MINI shift knob and did the job. All I had to do was replace the original leather knob with the plastic one on this model, for a brand new functioning shift knob.

Not a fault on the sellers behalf but one of the plastic tabs on the trim ring already broke just trying to install. But it snapped into place anyways so not worried about it. Like I said, sometimes oem quality is just not the best. On another note, this one had the the plastic shift knob with the leather boot cover and a silver trim ring. Was hoping for a leather knob but took a gamble to see what would come.

Part came in way ahead of expected delivery, can't beat that !
