I bought these for my fiance, who struggles with the Apple headphones falling out of his ears (his ear canal is very narrow). However, we both refuse to change headphones since the Apple ones are the best quality for its price range. These were pretty cheap for a 4-pack. He not only states that it helps the headphones stay in place, but they also tune out outside noise. He loves them, but I can't say that myself as I have not tried it. From what I can see, these things are well worth the money for those who struggle with the Apple headphones.

You can't beat these for the price. They fit the apple earbuds perfectly and have made them actually functional. My earbuds haven't fallen out once, and they are easy to clean.

I am not a big fan of these...The silicone starts to slip once you start sweating and the ear tips are all the same size. If you are just sitting around then they work fine...But they are definitely not for working out.

These ear tips just don't stay on. They work as promised only if they are glued onto the earbud. I used super glue. Recommended with reservations.No discount, free merch or discount of any kind from Amazon, the seller or manufacturer for this review.

A friend/coworker ordered this through me and he said he always has trouble with iPhone headphones falling out, but these stay put in his ear now. He highly recommended it to anyone who has issues with headphones sitting in ear properly.
