It' a NAR Tournequet.
NAR is the Gold Standard for first aid equipment. I carried (previous generations) of these in combat. I've seen them used many times, and I've never seen one fail.

Hope to Never Use It!!
This is one of those things that you buy and then pray you never have to use it! But, it's far better to have one and not need it than to not have one and desperately need it. A tourniquet will save a life, absolutely. This tourniquet is affordable, it's light and it's compact, so there's really no excuse for not having one. There are several recent studies which have updated the guidelines for when and where to use a tourniquet. I strongly recommend reviewing the most current information related to usage. Improper use can cause more harm than good. I also strongly urge practicing using the device in a non-emergency situation so you are familiar with how it operates and aren't trying to figure it out in a critical life or death situation. Every First Aid Kit (FAK) should have a tourniquet.

I carry the North American Rescue C-A-T Combat Tourniquet regularly—thankfully I've never had to actually use it, but I trust its reliability completely. Everyone should own one
Literally THE tourniquet. I only run North American Rescue in my range gear because I know it will work. These work on more than just gunshot wounds, literally any bleeding control situation, so you should consider having at least one in the house or in the car. You might save a life, even your own!The only downside is these are made for adults; you need to find other options for children and pets.

Buy the real thing, and this IS the real thing
I can tell you from personal experience that these save lives. I was able to fully deploy it in 60 seconds and it (literally) saved my life. The only caveat: don’t buy a knockoff — the “real” one is legit and you don’t want to find out that the cheap is cheaply made the hard way.

NAR Best TQ on the market
Best Tourniquet on the market. Nice and reliable, one size fits all. It is easy to use especially when staged correctly. Has the nice grey tab, helps to distinguish this legit NAR from a cheap knock off with white pull tab. Also just looks aesthetically pleasing
