Works like a charm! I IS CLEAN!! BUT only if you drink the required amount of water. Skip the water and your stomach will file a formal complaint: cramping, bloating, and enough gas to power a small village. No warning. No mercy. 💨 The moment you remember to hydrate properly? BOOM. Evacuation begins. You feel lighter, victorious, and weirdly proud of yourself. Mission: accomplished. Bonus perks: you’re not hungry, sweets suddenly lose their grip on your soul, and you finally understand why it’s called **The Cleaner**. It does not play games. Did I lose weight? Duh! You will lose weight, water weight. But let’s be clear: that’s not the goal. In general, we’re all full of…stuff. Literally. The real win comes from staying hydrated and not inhaling sugary snacks and unhealthy food like it’s a sport. Pro Tip: start the pills **Friday evening** so you’ve got the whole weekend to camp out on the throne and get fully cleansed. And please… for the love of your intestines... **DRINK. YOUR. WATER.** Like, a LOT of it. Stay hydrated in general, my friend.

I'm on day 3 and I decided to go ahead and write my review. I will update if, by day 7 results are different. Day 1 was of course nothing as the first dose is at night. By morning I had my first "go". It was light and comfortable. Ate breakfast and 30 min later had a 2nd "go". After lunch, I was good until around 4pm. Another "go", at which time, I totally questioned where some of what I was seeing had come from. I do consume a lot of iron foods because of my peri-menopausal state, with longer than usual cycles, so I fully expected some "black" go's. While some was, most wasn't. Thus, my query into where this 'mess' was coming from. I was fully intrigued and motivated because of this. Currently on day three and according to some review, that's the 'devil day'. Not true for me. It's noon and I've had 2 comfortable "gos". One crept up on me and surprised me. I work from home so I had no real fear but it DID shock me going from 1 to 100 in less than 15 seconds I consume EXACTLY 10 glasses of water daily. The only cramping I got was the light 'indicator'. Nothing ferocious. I've also adjusted my caloric intake and the type of foods I allow myself to eat. Little to no sugars of any kind--to include, sweetened/flavored creamers (for my coffee--I've only had one cup) bread, pastas, batters or roux's (im in Louisianna--we roux damn near everything), upgraded proteins, very little processed food (nearly impossible NOT to have) and veggies. If i crave sugar, I have plenty of fruit--a banana or a serving of berries or cherries takes care of the crave. For snacks I consume 1/4 cup of power energy trail mix (Walmart). I do feel hungry more but I truly believe it's because I'm VERY aware of the change in diet. (human psyche thing). I find that by 6pm, I'm "free to move about the country" with no fear of a need to "go". For reference: I am a black woman, 50 years old, 5'9.5 and weigh 210 lbs. I struggle with insomnia and I must say, usually by noon/lunch, I want to take a nap. I've had full energy all day (day one 2 after 1st dose) w only 1 hr of sleep and made it through work with flying colors...day 3 (after 3rd dose) i had 3 hours sleep. It's, currently, lunchtime and I'm 'full steam ahead'. I hope this review works for someone--for ME, this is working tremendously. (started at 212 and while i dont know if it's permanent, Im down about 4 lbs--I truly dont think it's water weight because I urinate quite frequently. I also, while i have a gym membership, am NOT exercising--havent had time. May go today if nothing happens lol). I have 4 days remaining--again, if i dont update my review by 7/24/2022, then my review as 5 stars stands. It's DEFINITELY working.

As someone who believes in the detoxifying powers of nature and the comedic relief of life’s little surprises, my experience with The Cleaner was nothing short of a sitcom episode. From the moment I popped the first four pills, I knew I was in for a ride, but little did I know, it would be akin to a merry-go-round in my bathroom. The Cleaner promises a full-body detox, targeting everything from your colon to your skin, and boy, does it deliver! It's like sending a team of tiny, natural janitors through your body. On day one, I realized that The Cleaner doesn't believe in taking breaks. After the second dose, my regular morning bathroom routine turned into a marathon. I was an Olympic runner, and my bathroom was the finish line. By 8 AM, my bathroom and I had become best friends, meeting up five times. I thought, "Who visits the bathroom this much?" The Cleaner whispered, “Hold my herbal tea.” Figuring I was safe, I decided to head out to tend to my chickens. Halfway through my chores, I looked at my chickens and said, "Uh-Oh, babies." My chickens clucked in confusion as I dashed back to the house for round six. By now, I was pondering the mysteries of the universe – or at least the mysteries of my digestive system. Nine trips to the porcelain throne on day one, and I'm thinking, "Is this a detox or a body reboot?" Days two and three followed suit, with the frequency dialing down to a more manageable 'just four or five times a day'. The poos on days 3 - 7 were smaller poos. The good news? I slept like a baby through the night, no midnight sprints required. Another plus: no stomach cramping, just the gentle whispers of nature calling – frequently. A word to the wise: treat farts like Russian Roulette during this week; you never know what you’re going to get. Drink plenty of water – seriously, hydrate like you're crossing the Sahara. And ladies, for the love of comfort, do not align this detox with your monthly cycle. Trust me. The Cleaner is like the Marie Kondo of your digestive system; it sparks joy, but only after turning everything upside down first. It’s vegan, gluten-free, and natural, which I love. The simplicity of pill-popping without the need for prep time or dealing with artificial nasties is a huge plus. The Cleaner is your ticket to a cleaner, lighter you, but it's also a wild ride. Embrace the journey, maybe invest in some good reading material for your frequent bathroom visits, invest in some wipes to offer cooling comfort to your poor hiney, and remember – what happens in detox, stays in detox. Happy cleansing!

This detox definitely does what it says. No weird side effects either which is great. Minor cramping here and there when having to use the bathroom but nothing painful. Definitely makes you feel lighter. Took away my bloat almost immediately. Would definitely recommend and use again.

It works like magic. I started feeing the effects since day 2. I will say the moment I decided to not drink a good amount of water and drank a ginger ale 😩 the stomach cramps kicked in. So word of wise drink water. Not only to be hydrated but it will help with any uncomfortable cramps. Otherwise if you follow the instructions it will be a light cramp. Stay close to a bathroom at all times lol it comes on unexpectedly. Also keep wet wipes on hand, soft gentle toilet paper and maybe some Aquaphor tmi but after many wipes you may feel a little sore. This is my second go with this product and I always would recommend.
