Q: Do these shred alot with washing??

No. They shed a bit during the first wash. I threw them all in the machine as soon as I received them with a tide pod. They are very nice quality, I use them in my kitchen and they are just right. I would buy again.

Q: Where are these made? What country?

Pakistan. It says so right in the Product Origin section of the description.

Q: can these be bleached?

I have bleached the cloth - they do hold up to repeated washings with soap and bleach but I plan to order another batch - they are so handy for many cleaning jobs. They wear out and stain as any cotton fabric does.
