These are very fashionable, but they are seriously dark and so totally functional for driving in the sun. But, sometimes you have to be able to read something up close even when you are in the sun. What a pain in the patootie to have to find your purse, dig around for your reading glasses and put them on to read whatever it is all while you are now blinded by sunshine. Then, when you are done, put your readers back in your bag (where you will hopefully find them again) and then grab your sunglasses before you can drive off into the sunset. This is all solved for you with having these glasses, The division line is hardly even noticeable and even admired if you hang out with people over 50 like I do. Since the glasses are so large, I have to lift up a bit on them to see out of the special reader portion, so not sure how helpful they would be to read a paperback book on the beach, but for what I wanted, they are perfect.

The area that is bifocal area could be larger so I don’t have to move my head. Fit was ok.

The bifocals are blurry.

Not only do these keep the bright Arizona sun at bay, but I can actually tell if I am speeding and the time I was doing it.I don't like driving during the day without sunglasses and up until buying these glasses, I went with the flow. That meant if everyone was speeding, so was I. If they were heading that cliff, I wouldn't see it, but at least the sun wasn't getting in my eyes. I understand now what my mother meant by if everyone jumped off a cliff, would you? Well before I started wearing these Women's BiFocal Sun Readers Fashion Sunglasses I would. Now I am in control. I can read the dashboard and the signs that are in my face. And, I'm doing it while I'm lookin good!

Three star rating only because the lenses themselves are hard to see through. The bifocal part is great but I think that the lines could be a little smaller and not take up such a large part of the lens. I wear prescription sunglasses and there is a small portion of the lens used for the reading portion.

These are very nice-looking bifocal sunglasses. The bifocal part of the lens is in the right place for me. I say that, because some are either too high or they're so large, that I can't see over the bifocal lens, thus distorting my vision. But that's where it ends. I wore these bifocal sunglasses for the first time today. My husband and I walked into a store, and I removed them. My husband looked at me oddly, and told me I had black under my eyes at the tops of my cheeks where the sunglasses rested. I looked in my mirror and sure enough, the black color of the glasses rubbed off onto my skin, leaving me to look like a football player with blackout under my eyes! In all my years of buying sunglasses, this is a first for me. I'd like to give these glasses no stars, but Amazon won't let me! This is not acceptable!!!

Great for reading at the beach or pool. Now that I've gotten older, I need the reading glasses portion for up close. but I still want the coverage of larger sunglasses. These worked perfect. My only complaint would be that they squeeze my head after wearing them a long time. I have a wide head, I guess, as I have this issue with lots of sunglasses. Otherwise, love the style and they worked great!

These sun glasses are very dark and that can be good. However it does feel like any extra pressure on the ear pieces and they would break. It is also tight on my head and after a while have to take them off.
