LOved this for dipping Grandmas carmel recipe
Used this chocolate to dip homemade carmels in. The chocolate is Dark but NOT bitter. It held onto the carmels beautifully. Family and friends thought this was the best chocolate I had used in a long time. I am delighted with it.
