Such a beautiful and stylish knife. I love how both sides of the blade are serrated for an even cut. I had a shipping, not product quality, issue and the VOOZ Customer Care Team was both prompt and helpful. I will order more.

The knife is attractive, appears to be well made, and cuts really well but, as someone posted in their review, it does tend to roll in your hand. This would be the only criticism I have but it is really pretty important. Someone with large hands would have a struggle holding on to it. There is a thumb rest on the on the handle that we are getting used to using and it does help steady the knife.

Cheap and not clean
It came dirty with tar-like goop in the blade and in a crevice in the handle I can't get to to clean. Whatever the stuff was I couldn't even get it off with a dish towel. When I cut into my first slice of cheddar is when it came off into my cheese.The knife itself is really light weight and cheap feeling. It looks cool and that is about all it has going for it.Honestly, it cuts the cheese no better than any of my other regular kitchen knives.

VERY NICE PRODUCT WORKS WELL.
Very nice knife and does what it is supposed to do. Arrived quickly and very nicely wrapped. Cleans up in a jiffy. It would make a great gift because it comes in a very nice looking wooden holder with a plastic top and would be easy to giftwrap.

Not the sharpest crayon in the box
I bought this knife because it was stated as dishwasher safe. Although that is true I have some problems with the knife. First the handle is way to skinny and tends to roll in my hand. Secondly, the blade is very short and not as sharp as other knives I have used. While it is a very good looking knife I would recommend buying a different brand knife.

No more stretched wires!
This is easily the best means of slicing cheese I've encountered. No odd stickiness from 'whole' (not hole) knives, no ever-stretching wire, no odd shavings of cheese instead of slices. This simply works as one would expect things to work.

I think this kind would work for small blocks of cheese instead of our large blocks of cheese for sandwiches. The knife did go through the cheese but our old kitchen knives did better. This would perhaps be good for a party Platter. Possibly veggies would work for this knife just not the cheese we purchase

Not very effective at cutting cheese. 1 star is harsh, but this is a *cheese* knife we're talking about.
