The case I received was well-made and has held up to being in my purse, my pockets, sat on accidentally, dropped, and probably other things I can't remember. But it still zips very easy and it seems to be a good quality zipper. I love the earbuds better than some of the more expensive types. I'm nearly deaf and I can hear much of the music I play and some of the lyrics. That's a HUGE deal for me to be able to hear! I can now hear some callers on the phone as long as I have my trusty earbuds in. I'm very careful with them, but I feel this particular pair of earbuds can be used a little rougher and still give a great quality sound for longer than the thinner wired ones. I'll be ordering a backup pair. So worth the price!

I was a bit reticent because it was a present for my mom but when it arrived and she used it she was so happy! She said that she like the fact it’s not complicated for her to understand how it works and that when she is outside she is in her bubble (thanks to the noise cancellation) so it’s a good product.

Thanks to the USBC connection I'm able to pair this up with my Samsung Galaxy Android phone. Perfect for going on walks. I do a lot of walks and runs these were great because there were no interference. I've been using wireless headsets for a while and I usually get kicked off at some point or stuttering from my playback because of so many Wi-Fi connections around me. These were a good compromise for me because I'm able to now listen to High Fidelity sound during my active events without losing the vibe because sound cut out. The cord is pretty long I'd say it's longer than 36 in which is excellent because I'm a big guy and I need this headset to reach to my phone on my hip there was plenty of cable. The overall build of the headset is quality they are lightweight they feel good on the ear the ear but itself is not discomforting and the sound is very very good. This may not have the best base in the industry but it is adequate for a good set of noise canceling headsets. I'd say that they cancel the noise because a few times a car passed me and I hadn't a clue it even approached. A very comfortable fit. It is actually one of the best noise canceling headphones I have ever owned. It's great for walking and the gym. I have even worn it to the sauna a few times and the temperature don't seems to bother it.
