Why can’t I just buy refill pads for the windex outdoor cleaning system?

I can only find the refill pads on Amazon. I bought my original kit at Lowe's and love it. No one now sells the refill pads. Only on Amazon and a pack of 2 pads are around $26 which is more than I paid for the entire kit

Where do I purchase pole for winded pads?

This is such an amazing product for washing your outside windows. I can do all of my windows in approximately 30 min. You just spray the window, scrub with the wand rinse with hose and you are done. Windows are sparkling and streak free. Like you I am frustrated too about where to purchase a new wand. Why would they still sell the replacement pads but can't buy the wand? Mine new was $18.00 for the whole kit. Why ? Please answer me also.

Will these pads stick to a swifter mop? Curious as those mops are cheaper and I already hsve that wand/pole.

No They don't fit swiffer mop. Ì love this window pad. No streaks. I use to wash my car and mysliing glass doors
