We hav done lots of research before purchasing this feeder and we were convinced that this is the brand and model that we want for our madams after watching a review video on YouTube by “all about cats”. The item arrived way sooner than expected as we really needed it before we go on a month long vacay. The material used was solid and does not look cheap or flimsy at all. Loved the metal bowl and the airtight feel when closing the lid. The digital screen was not difficult to set up (given that you read the manual provided first). In order to record our “meal invitation” we had to scream close to the dispenser otherwise the sound will be audible (should be improved but forgivable). Both madams acclimatize quickly because this is not their first automatic dispenser. So far we are very satisfied with the feeder. Hopefully it will last for many many years.

After countless nights of disrupted sleep, this cat feeder has sorted the issue. My cat would claw the door at 5am every morning and he stopped doing that from day 1 he was introduced to the feeder. I’ve seen many negative comments (sort of) on the complicated setup, however for me it was straightforward; took less than 5 minutes to program the feeding time. Also, the bowl is deep enough so the food never drops on the floor. One thing that I couldn’t find anywhere was the weight of 1 portion. It is between 10 and 12 grams. The feeder itself looks and feels nice and sturdy enough. It is really worth the price minding that I don’t have to think about timing and portioning of the food anymore. And I can finally get some sleep!

It is a great pet feeder. You can either plug it in or use batteries. The light disturbed me at night but if you use the batteries and unplug the pet feeder there is no more light! The design is really pretty and discrete. I have not tried to put it in the dishwasher yet but it's fairly easy to clean. Love it!

I got this for my cat so that he can get fed even when I am in the office. The sound of the kibbles hitting the metal bowl alone is sufficient to get them running to the bowl even for the first time. Didn’t need to use the voice recording at all. Did take a while to figure out the setup but once the timings are set, it’s pretty fuss free until you need to top up the food.

Petlibro products are awesome! They clearly think about the details in every aspect. I love this feeder, it’s the perfect size for my cat, easy to clean, actual dish bowl so easy to remove, clean and replace. I thought the settings might be hard to get the hang of but was easy. Sleek looking and super functional. Even their water fountain has the same qualities. I am really digging this brand.

Funcional, buenos materiales, buen diseño, confiable. El producto cumple perfectamente con las especificaciones, es fácil de programar (solo hay que tener en cuenta que las porciones son de 20gr c/u), extra silencioso y ocupa muy poco espacio. Puede manejar croquetas de hasta 15mm, tiene pantalla touch que puedes bloquear y entonces no batallas con que tus mascotas presionen algo por error, de fácil limpieza. Definitivamente la mejor de su gama, bueno, bonito y barato.
