J don’t know if these are responsible, but I had been plagued with severe psoriasis on my back. A couple of months after I started taking these daily, my skin was in better condition, the itching stopped and the psoriasis is almost gone. I wouldn’t take them without consulting anyone’s doctor. I’m never going to stop taking them. I hadn’t done anything else like changing my diet or switching bath soap or laundry detergent.
