Lacoste Smash Duvet Set, Full/Queen, Blue

Got this for my son's room. Super soft and very his style. I would definitely suggest to others, it's so worth the price. Plus, it came in time.

The color and style is very nice but I am very disappointed with the quality. I have never had a comforter where top fabric is not stitched to the inside batting/foam. It looks like a thin sheet loosely hanging over the batting. The backside (second pic) has baffle stitching holding the foam to the comforter but not the top….where it really matters. I don’t know how a bedding manufacturer could miss this. It literally looks like this every time my son gets up. I thought it would be better once he got a bed with a footboard where I could tuck it in but it is still a mess. It looks like an empty duvet. I tried to return it for the duvet as I could at least fill it with a puffy insert but the return window closed by the time I put the new room together. I imagine the duvet would be fine (maybe a bit thinner fabric). It is was much too expensive at $200.00 shipped prime for such a poorly made item. I now need to pay a seamstress to stitch the top to the batting.

Bought this for my 17 year old son. Very soft material. Only downside is the coordinating pillows are nearly as much as the comforter!

It's certainly not like what Lacoste comforters used to be. Bad quality material, not soft at all, colors already paled. Already returned.
