Excellent product for the cost
I work in sports medicine and use these cups multiple times a day. I wasn’t sure if they would hold up to the task of the frequent use but needed a set that would arrive quickly. I was happy to find that they work very well, have good suction and hold, also work well for dynamic cupping. I’ve found that other sets that cost upwards of $100 work just as well as these cups. The one downside is they can be prone to developing cracks, but I attribute that to the amount they are used daily (not to mention the occasional butter fingers on my part). I have also found that sometimes the pull tab can get stuck so if you’re not getting suction just adjust the release and they will work just fine. I definitely recommend these cups and can vouch that they will hold up for heavier use.

Love the DIY aspect for wellness
I’ve been using this cupping set at home for a few weeks now and I’m honestly really impressed. It’s super easy to use, even if you’ve never done cupping before. The suction is strong and adjustable, and everything feels sturdy and well-made. One thing I would change is the length of the cord between the pump and handle, it’s a little short for reaching certain areas comfortably if you’re working on your own. But to be fair, I knew that going in, so I’m still giving it five stars. It doesn’t take away from how well the set works overall. Great value, easy to clean, and it’s been a game changer for post-workout soreness. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a simple DIY option that actually delivers.

Fastest pain reliever
I use this at home and in my athletic training room. My athletes love this for their tight and sore muscles. I like the sizes and quantity of cups. The only complaint I have is that after dropping them occasionally on my concrete floors, they eventually crack and cannot be reused. Overall they’re a great quality and value that gives fast relief for aches and pains. Just know you’ll have large circular bruises for about a week wherever you place the cups.

Scar/ Keloids Drastically Reduced After Cupping Therapy
I fractured three bones in the ankle in a "very complicated break" (per orthopedic surgeon) and had surgery in which I received two metal plates with about 13 screws at the end of July, 2022. I was in a fiberglass cast for seven weeks and then wore a boot for nearly 2 months. I had physical therapy weekly until about February, 2023. By the time I stopped physical therapy, thanks to the excellent orthopedic and rehabilitative care I received, I was able to walk without a cane or crutches and without any limp. I was 80 at the time of the accidental injury. At least two of my physical therapists advised me to buy a cupping set to use the ancient Chinese therapy for relieve the discomfort from the "tight feeling" around my over 4" long scar. I purchased this set at Amazon in February, 2023.-- and bought 32 cups when the most I ever used simultaneously was two cups. I did not use any skin ointment on the scar except for occasional vitamin E and sporadic use of sunscreen on the scar when I went out without socks on. I did not ever receive any surgery, laser, freezing, cortisone shot, radiotherapy, or anything else by a medical professional for keloid reduction. At the physical therapists up through February, 2023, I estimate I had less than ten sessions of a few minutes each of cupping. The photo on the left was taken on March 15, 2023, shortly after I had started cupping. You might have seen professional athletes after cupping with several raised round marks about 1.5 to 2 inches in diameter. My lead therapist said that was because the cup was left on for four minutes or more which caused blood capillary bursting and told me I could avoid those temporary marks by cupping for less than 4 minutes at a time. For the first few months, I cupped for a few minutes nearly daily. Then I started doing it far less often after I reached the anniversary of my injury in July, 2023. I had read somewhere that the keloid was "permanent" one year after injury so I thought it was futile to continue cupping regulary. Much to my surprise, I looked carefully at the scar in spring 2024, and saw the scar had shrunk a lot. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo but a one-inch portion after the top first inch had become completely flat and was normal skin color. Also the end which once curled around the ankle bone has shortened, was less angry red and flatter. Wow, I thought, there's progress in scar reduction! So since then, I started cupping again, trying to cup at least once a week. The photo on the right was taken on November 3, 2024. As you can see, the scar is shorter, thinner, has disappeared in parts and the skin color is far lighter than in was in March, 2023. Considering that at my age, skin cell turnover is about 50% slower than for younger people, I get new skin cells between 1 ½ to 2 months, I am optimistic that more of the scar will disappear in the future.

Not durable at all.
These cups are terrible, specifically for frequent use. They are not durable at all, and cracking easily under pressure, or if dropped. I initially purchased 2 sets for my practice. I have never used them with clients, as I prefer the durability of my silicone cups that slide easily. I have only used them on myself, and I am down to less than a half a set that has either not shattered or cracked

Great on stress Knots on back
Wow, suction is great! I had some severe back pain, knots of stress balled up in numerous places on my back, ordered this and had Husband put all the Medium/ large cups on my back, oh my God it was sore at first application then in a few mins it eased up, I worn for about 15-mins, a few hours afterwards I took a long hot bath with Dr.Teals bath salts, the next day I was amazed at the relief I felt and by day2-3 I was totally pain free, every knot gone, Totally gone! I am mixed race very light skinned, sensitive skin, so putting on I only had Hubby attach using 2-pumps of the gun for each cup, it felt terrific and hurt a little all at the same time because my knots were so stiff, I pointed to the spots that felt tight and he put one on each stress spot, oh my God what a relief in just a few seconds, being a lighter skinned African American it left me with Red circular spots all over my back for about 3-days, but it was worth it, so far 1-application did the job, I have not had to use it again on my back since, EVERY STRESS KNOT GONE, I am a Doctor so I am throughly impressed with the results, oh yes I also used 2-of the very small ones on my Either side of my neck and one on each shoulder at the same time we did my back, worked like a charm, BUT The next day everyone at the hospital was looking at me crazy and was like Seriously Doc looks like you had a fantastic evening /Weekend because it looked like I had three hickeys on each side of my neck and they were there for a few days so whoever didn’t see it the first day saw it the following day or the next day, was a big laugh in the clinic.

Good suction, cheap cups
The vacuum on this works well, better than other sets of cups I have. However, I found the cups to be fragile. If you are going to use lotion to move the cups around, I’d caution you as multiple cups cracked when I did this. I also cracked a cup in my hard shell suitcase. My other two sets, I have never had an issues with moving the cups around with lotion or putting them in my luggage. I suppose if you are going to use them the traditional way of leaving them in one place, then this set should work just fine. I give the vacuum a 5 star, but the cups 1 star, thus my 3 star rating.
