Great value and so easy to use
I bought one of these sim cards to use with a TP Link 4G router. The router arrived but the sim was missing from the package. I received an immediate refund from Amazon without any issues and ordered another. I put it in the router and it worked immediately. I live not too far from a mast and receive a good signal and am getting over 60mb download. I have been looking for a decent alternative to Virgin Media as I am fed up with their woeful customer service, constant unjustifiable price increases and the feeling tha I am simply not valued as a customer. If the router continues to perform well I will be dumping Virgin. Lebara uses Vodafone so coverage is good and I am pleased with the Lebara App which gives easy access to top ups, the amount of data used and other information. I see they have a deal at the moment for unlimited data at £22.50 per month for a 12 month contract. I don't use the internet for gaming but do use Netflix etc so the download speed I get from the router/sim are fine for me and at the price the Lebara unlimited data package is a lot cheaper than BT for the same speed. I will be testing the router and sim over the next few weeks but so far am very pleased and Lebara does seem good value.

Lebara can do it, why not the big three
bought the Lebara UK Pay As You Go SIM Card to replace my lost phone. It offers a lot of value for travellers and light users. The free calls, data, and SMS options make it affordable, and the European allowances are excellent for anyone who needs reliable service across multiple countries. The PAYG setup was simple, and there’s flexibility to add on more data or call minutes as needed. Call quality was clear, and roaming worked without any issues during my travels around Europe. Overall, great option for affordability and flexibility. check out the pricing and includes - perhaps the major player should think hard about their offers...

You don’t get what they advertise
I was ripped off! ordered 2 pre-paid SIM cards and got SIM cards only with no plan and one card didn’t work at all. When I called Labara they refused to help and told me to call Amazon. When I called Amazon they refused to refund me and directed me to the seller as it was shipped direct. I had to spend an extra 20 GBP on purchasing a pre-paid plan online for the working card and buy whole new pre-paid card to replace the other. Seems like a con.

Sim only package
The sim was despatched promptly and change over from previous network went quite smoothly. I have had a few issues though with signal and also, have had 3 people returning calls I didn't make - very strange! Also, although I've kept my old number, some of my contacts have told me the call/message comes up with a different number and they don't know who call/message is from. Again, very strange! I'm not sure that I am happy with the network although £10 for unlimited calls and text and 20g data quite good.

Excellent value for money and easy to use
I bought a new mobile and did not want to swap the SIM from my existing phone in case anything went wrong. So, I bought the cheapest SIM I could find for the purpose of testing. That was the Lebara 15GB (although one reviewer said it was only 10 GB ... I haven't been able to determine the actual size.Another reviewer implied that the setup was difficult. I popped it into my new Xiaomi (after setting up the WiFi and then copying apps from my existing phone) and the cell phone worked first time with no web-based activation process. It was total simplicity. The only strange feature was that it did not show my phone number in the setup page. Strange. I called my other phone and got my number that way. However, I found that you could transmit the number *#100* and that would get the number. It did. Moreover, it also then appeared on the setup page. So, I'm happy with my purchase. it did what it was supposed to do and it's cheap.

You may not get what you pay for.
I purchased this purely to use the data in the UK for mobile broadband. The illustration quite clearly says 15GB for £10 so I was surprised, when I looked on the Lebara app, to find that I only had 10GB.I contacted both the seller and Lebara about this and was informed that Lebara changed the amount of data from 15GB to 10GB in July.It may seem unreasonable to Lebara but I'm one of those who expects to get what I paid for.I've also noticed that this item is still for sale at 15GB for £10 so if data is important to you be aware that you may not get what you pay for.

Working well moments after delivery
I was impressed by how easy this was to use. Dropped into the 2nd SIM tray of my Sony PRO-I and selected that SIM for data and I was up and running right away. The Lebara app on Android reports data use etc.I wanted a no commitment SIM like this as my O2 subscription is a bit stingy on data and I was running out when using the phone as a sat-nav when on a motoring holiday. The blurb doesn't make clear if any unused part of the 15GB roll-overs if I buy another 30 days; I'm assuming not.My subscription SIM is O2 and this is one is Vodafone so it's helpful to get that increased coverage. All in all, a handy way of getting more data allowance at moderate cost.
