Great Rack, I Think. Time will tell!
I may have given this 5 Stars for Mounting and Easy to install, but my use is kind of unique. I mounted to a Ebike that I built with suspended front fork, disk brakes, and fenders. If you are mounting to a standard V-brake set up I think it would be very straight forward. All the parts were proper, unlike some other reviews. What I had to do was a little harder. For those interested in a suspended fork, I needed a vise, # 8 All-Thread, # 8 by 32 nuts and washers, two 1 1/2 inch 90 degree corner brackets, and two stainless steel hose clamps. The process, bend in a vise the supplied rack bracket to fit the from fender mount hole, bend in a vise an S shape into one leg of the corner brackets. Cut and use the All-Thread and nuts for an adjustable mount until centered. I use to have a full size touring motorcycle with a large Windjammer fairing, and that mounted to the frame with four stainless steel clamps. No problems on numerous transcontinental U S trips. So I think two clamps will suffice for this rack mount. I like this rack very much. Functional, looks good and affordable.

Good rack for my purpose
This came quickly & was able to take advantage of the free shipping offer. I have the silver & have it mounted on a Trek 520 touring bike with 700x28 Schwalbe Marathon Plus & PlanetBike fenders. There is no clearance issues between the rack, steer tube or anything else. I'd have liked to use a handlebar bag but I wouldn't be able to mount a light on the handlebars without a Minoura h/b accessory attachment (I'm nearly blind & use an 1800 lumens h/light in the dark). It would get awkward so I thought a small rack over my low rider rack would work with a trunk bag on it. It works well so I'm very pleased. There is no problem installing the front panniers or getting stuff in or out of the panniers. HOWEVER don't follow the mounting instructions if your cantilever brakes have a tension spring that fits one of 3 holes on a bracket near the forks. Look closely to the rear side of the brake arms & you should be able to see the spring tab & bracket. Merely remove the mounting bolt on the forks brake arm pivot post (welded onto the fork), position the rack & re-install the bolt. Don't lose any washers on the end as the racks bracket may press against the brake arm and prevent it's proper release function. Loosen the small nuts/bolts that attach the rack platform to the legs, position the platform to horizontal (or whatever angle you want), tighten & you are done. *The tension spring may be universal on all cantilever brakes* **In my opinion the only handlebar bag is Arkels. It has the very best mounting over every other bag. Any bag that uses a strip under the stem to hold the bag/plastic mount in position is inherantly weak from the start.** ***Can't speak to it's load capacity as I'm only using the trund bag for camera, wallet, keys & the like of low weight items. Yes, I'd recommend this product and the supplier.

Very good for the money I had been looking at $69 ...
Very good for the money I had been looking at $69 & $90 front racks. But this rack in my eyes was way more appealing. It wasn't as large and intrusive as the other racks. It almost looks like a front fender and blends into my bike seamlessly (I have a matte black bike) this rack is matte black. All I needed it to do is hold a milk crate which I turn into a pet carrier and supplement a light touring set up. It does that well with zip ties. It can also compliment a touring set up. I can still mount low rider racks below it for panniers if needed but I only ever intended to use a handlebar bag/wrap so this can replace that and I can now mount anything I want! As other posters mentioned the hardware isn't great I needed to buy L brackets and a longer bolt from Home Depot but no biggie. For $16 this rack is a steal. It was still a very easy install and feels very sturdy. Doesn't move one bit. It was delivered very quick. I saw the same rack on eBay for 1/2 the price but it would take. Month to come from China (imagine if you had to return it?) I gave this 5 star rack 4 stars due to the hardware

Missing mounting hardware
Missing necessary mounting hardware rendering the rack useless. You can see in the picture the rack is missing 1 bracket, one nut, and one washer.

Cheap and sufficient
I had been iffy on buying this front rack but finally decided to buy it since it was pretty cheap and would serve to carry a light load. I can't be happier. The grey/silver color matches perfectly with my bike. The rack is really light yet sounds metallic, also the build quality seems sturdy for a light load. The 3 touch points seem sufficient and once in place the rack doesn't move. I'm glad there's no interference with this rack and my wheel base; for reference, my wheels are 700c (diameter) and 38mm width tires with fenders that extends it a mm or 2.

Modifications were needed to fit old v brakes
After reading other negative reviews, I held off on buying this rack for several years. I wanted to attach a Wald basket to my 1993 mountain bike and honestly it seems like I was going to have issues with all the front racks out there so I bought this, the cheapest. I had two issues with it. The major one was that the small L-shaped pieces that attach the rest of the rack to the brake posts didn’t allow me to screw the bolt back into the brake posts. I have Shimano XT V-brakes from the 90s. The bolt attaching the brakes to the brake post is tapered; it has a greater diameter under the head that would not allow it to seat into the smaller hole of the piece. My solution was to drill the hole larger so the bolt would fit. Luckily the metal was soft. I was able to use a bit designed for wood and it easily bored it out (holding the metal piece with a bench vise). The second issue was that the nut that was supplied that attaches the rack to the hole at the top of the bicycle fork was not a nylon locking bolt. I put some blue Locktite on the bolt threads but I should probably replace the nut with a locking bolt. Otherwise the rack seems reasonably constructed (for the price). I used zip ties to attach the basket and went for a ride. It seemed sturdy enough. I also actually received more hardware than was necessary to attach the rack to my bike; an extra adapter piece and a few spare nuts and bolts.

Good Rack
I was skeptical about this, but after riding with it for a bit, it works great. I tie wrap a Wald 137 basket to it and it holds my basket bag and stuff just fine. Not noisy either. Great for a bike with canti brakes.

Works Like a Charm!
This was exactly what I had hoped for. It's inexpensive, but the right look and size I was after. The biggest hurdle is that my daughter's bike has disc breaks, so it doesn't have the rim breaks it's designed to mount on. I was inspired by a few reviewers who figured out how to make it work using P-clamps. The install was easy enough and it's quite sturdy. Perfect throne worthy of the Wald 137 basket zip-tied on. Fits her backpack as hoped.
