CuteExpress Scoremaster Chalk Dart Scoreboard (Medium Size) Cricket & 01 Games

I looked at numerous reviews at many less expensive chalk boards, but this one seemed the best. I know it costs more than the others, but I didn't want to take the chance of getting one that the chalk doesn't write on. I'm not sure why some people that review that it's plastic aren't happy with that. What do they expect, real slate? Slate is heavy & breaks easily. This is a nice chalk board, period! MADE IN USA! This chalk board is made of 1/8" plexiglass, NOT plastic (there is a difference). Plexiglass is way more durable than plastic... It has chalk paint & numbers on one side, looks nice & IS well made. I made a good decision! This chalk board works great! It takes your marks and wipes them clean with an eraser. However, I did prime it 2x before I used it. Priming your board will remove any doubts about your chalk not working on it. For those of you that don't know what that is... (To prime a chalk board, lay chalk on it's side & cover entire board with chalk, then erase). I also chose this board due to it's size, which is wider than most of the others & the length is sufficient. That way there's plenty of space for 501 scoring. I didn't use screws or nails to hang it up, I used 2 sided tape. The cheap kind that is made with white foam. I outlined the entire back side edges. It's not going anywhere. I wouldn't suggest using the 2 sided tape on drywall. It will probably peel some off when removed. If you use screws, be sure they are smaller than the pre-drilled holes or you can crack the plexiglass. DO NOT HAMMER IN NAILS TO HANG THIS BOARD! One bad swing could damage it! I bought a 2pk of the school erasers that teachers use, to wipe it off with. Another great buy to consider! I also bought another one of these for a half scale trips & dbls practice board I have on the way.

I bought another board as a gift and loved it so I bought this one for myself. It is extremely durable. I don't think I could break it if I tried. The chalk writes great on it and it cleans really easy. The board came with chalk and a tray to attach to the bottom. It worked great. The board is the perfect size and was easy to mount to a wall with the pre-drilled holes. I saw another review saying it came damaged but I'm not sure how that waould happen because it is very strong material. All i can say is I love it!

It took some doing to find this "medium size" scoreboard. The large boards (which are about 2 ft. tall) are no doubt good in bars. The smaller boards (7.5 inches wide) are made to mount on the inside of the cabinet doors you see many dartboards in. I wanted a scoreboard that could be displayed next to my dartboard and this "medium size" scoreboard was exactly what I was looking for. It comes with a small wood chalk tray with an adhesive backing to mount it. Over time, I expect to have to reattach the chalk tray, but that doesn't concern me. I was relieved that the board is made of a hard plastic instead of that woven hard pressboard that will chip and deteriorate over time. I've seen negative reviews about scoreboards from other companies that people complain of having difficulty writing with chalk on the painted surface. I'm not sure about that yet (which is why I've given 4 stars). Bottom line, this scoreboard is the perfect size, has a great shade of green, and has a great, classic look to it and will look great next to my dartboard with a cork board backer!

This is the best cricket chalk scoreboard available. I never buy anything if it’s not a Prime item, but after reading negative reviews of other scoreboards I decided it was worth a couple extra days of shipping for the Scoremaster and it turned out to be a great decision. I got the medium and the size is great. But most importantly, this scoreboard is very easy to clean and doesn’t leave behind markings or evidence of prior games! I just use a dry rag and it wipes off like brand new. Buy this product the first time instead of trying to save $10 and buying a Viper or other brand... you’ll eventually end up buying this one anyway!

I tried a small dry erase board from another company first and it was really bad. The residue left behind from the markers was awful. We used it one time and knew we had to find something else. This Score Master board was the answer. It’s the perfect size the other one was too small. You can see the marks easily and they wipe off completely and easily with no left over residue. If you don’t want to screw it to the wall it’s light enough that I just used four Velcro tabs and it’s working fine.

This product is as advertised and fits my dartboard cabinet perfect. I like plastic material as it wont warp and or react to weather as my dart board it outside in a garage. I thought the plastic would be hard to right on but it works perfect and all the numbers are easy to ready. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Chalk goes on smooth, and comes off nice and easy. Pre-drilled holes allow for quick wall mounting.

It is a tad smaller than I was thinking but works fine. It erases very easily and looks great. Happy with the purchase.
