i was very hesitant to purchase these tips because of the price but i am extremely happy i did. they are simply amazing!! they are made of a soft memory foam that when squished and inserted into your ear canal, form an absolutely perfect seal. they do an awesome job of staying put. i work out everyday weight training and they almost never budge in my ears. for anyone contemplating getting these....DONT HESISTATE, YOU WONT REGRET IT I PROMISE!!! LISTEN UP MOTORCYCLIST......THESE ARE PRETTY MUCH THE EXACT SAME MATERIAL AS HEAROS EAR PLUGS. I bought these to fit my Sennheiser CX870s. Although they're not advertised to fit that model, with a bit of fiddling they fit fine. (I used nail scissors to stretch out the inner sleeve of the plugs so that the headphone could be squeezed inside.) These are really good and definitely fit more snugly than most, ensuring good enclosure and sound quality. If your ears get waxy, though, these plugs not as easy to clean as rubber ones. I got the large ones and while at first I was a bit surprised at how small they looked, I am now thinking they might actually be too big. So it's probably worth getting the mixed size pack to start with.

I purchased these to replace the silicone ear buds that come with Klipsch Image S4A - II headphones. The stock ear buds that came with the headphones would fall out of my ears while walking/running, did not provide adequate noise cancellation and there was a lot of reverberation noise caused the cord of the headphones. All of these issues were completely solved by the Comply ear buds! These ear buds are super comfortable and actually made the sound even better with the headphones! If you buy the Klipsch headphones and have any of the same issues I did, I highly suggest getting these Comply ear bud replacements. I went with the Large size Comply ear buds because the large silicone ear buds that came with the Klipsch headphones were the only pair that sort of fit.

Perhaps I misunderstood but I thought these were the same size as the $19.99 pads.These are longer and narrower and don't fill out the ear canal as much as the other model. I guess if you have long narrow ear canals these will work but I've got big one (ear canals).

These are not even the quality of the original foam tips of my Etymotic MC-5 Earphones . Purchased just 2 months ago, they have lost their shapeability. They no longer remain compressed for the ensurance of isolation upon insertion. I purchased my MC-5s 12/4/12.....I only changed the foam tips with Etymotic provided tips once between original purchase and the ordering of these inferior substitutes. So i was excited for this one! Package comes in, I ensured that they are recommended for my klipsch on their website. Even so, the tips won't go in all the way into my earphones. I thought its okay, let me break in. I got used to it, but still i always felt the snug fit of my lost klipsch large earbuds lost on me , so far away..these felt alien. Nothing more special than my klipsch earphones in terms of frequency response, in fact due to the not deep fit, I felt myself pushing it even farther in as i felt it lost some audio quality due to absorption or something. Pass two months, i take a reasonably long bike ride in AZ summer for 20*2miles. Granted it was 105 and i was sweating like a pig, but nope they broke!! Almost instantly in the first 3-4 miles. I mean c'mon! Anyways i know it ain't for sports but just a reminder to casual workout guys like me, this is a zero activity no sweat earbud!!! Even so i give only two, because of the uncomfortable fit and apparent unimpressive response they made on me for the audio quality. Ah well, at least i got two more sets!!

I bought these to try with my Etymotic HF3s. I was using the foam tips that came with the phones. I couldn't get the flange tips to work correctly. The sound was very good but the high frequencies were just a little too strident. Vocals were a little too bright. With these Complys, the sound is slightly improved. The highs are no longer at all annoying. They are there but more realistic. Vocals sound more natural. So these tips were a very worthwhile purchase. I would highly recommend you try them. In the pursuit of perfect sound, these are worth it. I am also using them on my older Shure SE210s. They sound great on them as well.

I bought these mainly to just try out something different instead of the tips that came with my Westone earbuds. These tips are very comfortable, however they don't seem to isolate as much noise as the ones that came included with the Westones. If you're willing to give up a little noise isolation in return for a comfortable fit these Comply's would be a great choice.
