Nice little kit to put snap buttons on leather/faux leather, etcNot much bad to say here, and if you have a decent mallet or peen, everything else is included here to get it done. Two thumbs up — er, 5 stars :)

They work good..

I got these to finish up some kydex sheaths I formed at home. The included die and punch work to roll and finish the eyelets, and the eyelets are great quality. But the die and punch aren't the best for setting the eyelets, they can flatten the lip or mar them a bit if you're not careful.Overall this is a great value to DIY if you aren't too concerned about looks. If you want better looking, you need to spend a lot more on a higher quality eyelet punch.

It does what it says it does. The shipping sucked but that was usps. The eyelet smasher doodad does what it is supposed to do

The rating reflects how many rivets you need to get an acceptable rivet in a Kydex holster. That's one out of 5 turn out with this tool.Watched the video on their website, used anvil, used work bench, used different hammer weights, the same results. Note the control size of the Kydex being used in the video, maybe 2x3", not like a pistol holster, where you need 4 hands to keep everything square.If you put this tool in a holster factory you would have 95% rework or scrap out of the operators.This is like a tool you would buy at a local dollar or liquidation store. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more to get a tool with a center guide and the C frame.

I tried to leave more through review once before about these eyelets and my experience receiving them.The eyelets are very heavy and are excellent quality.The seller was great.Unfortunately my first review was too "pro-American" and too "pro-American businesses" for their liking and was flagged.

I use it when making kydex knife sheathes. Works well.

I was doing a kydex project that needed 16 eyelets and these just barely fit the task. The little tool for setting them is very finicky and tend to mash the eyelets sideways if you don’t strike it true on. Ended up ruining about 6 of them, but it came with 100 so whatever. Looks good if you do it right. It was my first time working with eyelet setting so there is a learning curve. Price is fair, and the tool is sturdy.
