Do you have to use the cleaner fluid it comes with or can you use any window cleaner fluid?

I bought the karcher window vacuum and love it. i ordered another and got a pro stormer model. did i get ripped off? it won't hold a charge. does karc

There must be defect in it......return it if you can for replacement.....sounds like maybe battery that holds the charge .. but may be discharging........just a thought.....

What is the difference between the wv50 and the wv1?

The WV50 came only with the vacuum while the WV1 has the vacuum, spray bottle with mop head and a bottle of cleaner. The WV 50, WV50 Plus, WV60, and WV 60 Plus have also all been discontinued by Karcher. Karcher no longer has any in stock so any remaining items are coming from retailers stock. Karcher now produces the WV1 to replace all mentioned models.

Can it also be used as portable dirt vacuum cleaner?
