This worked great!I had an aftermarket security system put on my 1998 F150 when I bought it. The FOBs that came with it had Ford logos on them and I thought it was a Ford product. But when the 2nd FOB finally broke, I went to replace the case and it was just a little different than the OEM FOBs from 1998.The FCC # was the secret and led me to the Code Alarm.

Did not work for my vehicle and when I contacted the seller they said they could not help me. They told me to call the manufacturer. Never again

I followed set up programming. It did not work. I have to take it to an alarm car company.

My wife bought 2 of these from Car Alarm Depot. They arrived in a timely manner, appearing to be brand new ... and it took me 5 minutes to program them both! - on a system that dates back to 2001! I am totally happy and satisfied with this purchase. These folks apparently "know their stuff" too - they led us right to the correct unit for our system with only a brief description from us. I had to chuckle - they know these better than the current factory tech support - who couldn't identify the proper unit on my phone call ... with the same information. Kudo's to Car Alarm Depot! (BTW - this won't look like a verified buyer, but we are - my wife bought them, but LOL, I'm the one who had to program them!)
