Pays for reviews... Didn't do anything but cause pain
The minute I opened the box, I was disappointed. Any product that asks for 5 star reviews in return for money is not earning their review with great customer service and products. You should not need to pay to get reviews. I followed the directions because I really wanted this product to work, but all it did was suction up my face and cause red marks. Didn't pull any dirt or yuck out at all.

Works horrible
I thought I could like this and maybe I was using it wrong I looked up YouTube videos and tried the whole opening my pores with hot water, but it only made me get bruises on my face and made my pimples worse not to mention if you tried to take the black heads out , it also bruised your face because of the suction. The suction doesn’t even take anything out of your nose except pull on your face. Definitely wouldn’t waste your money on this. I’ve never had scars or horrible acne until now and this device literally made it all worse.

Amazing suction and easy to use
I used this immediately after a hot shower so my pores would be very open. The oval shaped head was my favorite for more direct and finely tuned control. It got in all the spots I needed to reach. Mainly these areas around my mouth that have been getting blackheads from wearing a face mask for over a year for work. The oval tool got in the creases around my nostrils and really pulled some gunk out! I was familiar enough to know not to leave the suction part on my face in one spot long as the suction can grasp quickly and create blood pooling under the skin. I felt this product was great for those areas where I needed more than just a proper scrub to get the junk out of my pores. Great. easy to use tool!

Very Good!
This can definitely suck! I couldn't believe all the dirt and grease I had on my face even after washing it! I do like this very much!I would recommend definitely using vapor or warm towel before using to open the pores. It WILL leave some red marks so do NOT use before going out or applying makeup and DO use pore minimizer after using it.

Comfortable cleaning
Seeing that all the slimy is sucked out of your pores, this is an amazing facial vacuum, and you definitely want to prepare your skin. Use a warm towel or steamer, even take a hot bath before you start, and then use the warm compress function at the bottom of the product to apply it for a while, the whole face is very comfortable

Bruised my face but didn't remove blackheads
I purchased this to try to get rid of blackheads in the creases at the sides of my nose. Pore strips don't remove them well.I tried using different heads that were suggested in other reviews. I tried increasing the suction. I tried reducing the suction. I tried warming my face with a hot cloth to open my pores. I tried steam.No matter what combination I tried, every single time I ended up with a bruised face that still had the same blackheads as before.

This thing works great!
This is definitely not something I would normally buy. I'm a mechanic and I'm always in a dirty environment. The skin on my face sure shows it. Washing my face alone doesn't cut it. This thing really cleans out my pores! Amazed at the funk that came out using it on my forehead and nose.The battery seems to last pretty good too. No idea how long as it's just too easy to charge. Seems like great quality with no failures at a really inexpensive price too.

Don’t get
The only thing it did was leave red marks. Absolutely nothing came out. I tried it in my husband and son. Nothing happened except red marks.
