Wish I purchased curved ones
One thing I am learning as I have used these a few times is that you may want to consider buying ones that are more cupped as your feet can slip from these flat ones easily. However, I think those usually have a fabric attachment as they obviously wouldn't be reversible. Food for thought. We are doing 80 Day Obsession. Other than that the quality seems good.

These sliders are great! They are sturdy and work great on both carpet and hard surfaces. I use them almost every day and they still work as well as the first time I used them. I would definitely recommend this product.

That's what they'll say about you if you regularly incorporate these sliders into your daily workout routine. First let's discuss the product: they're well made plastic discs with a foam top. They slide well on both my carpet and my hardwood. Great core workout!
My husband and I just started getting back to the gym. I have had 3 children and 3 csections in LESS than 3 years! To say I need to work on my core is an understatement. Thankfully I do not have a lot of problems with distasis recti, however my abdomen is really week. I started slowly getting back into my old workout routine of running 25+ miles a week and weight days. With toddlers at home my easiest way to workout are things I can do at home. The core sliders work great for a living room workout! I am aiming to get better at them and be able to post a video. For now, I am going to keep working towards that goal! I have noticed a difference in my abdominal muscles gaining strength. Good results so far.
