Cute in theory, horrible in practice. They attempt to do way too much with a limited 3 button system and almost no instructions on how to use it or troubleshoot. I've successfully used it 4 times before it just stopped working. The pump does not turn on, and two lights light up red before the machine carries on as if it were fine. It's an expensive nightlight. I've done all the troubleshooting available to me, considering there's not much in the single piece of paper you get on it and social media videos do nothing, and even went to the QR code URL on the back only yo be met with a Facebook post FULL of customers having the same complaints of their device not working or stopping and a single guy attempting to do tech support for this hunk of garbage. I really wanted this to work. It was great when it did. But I'm out $60 bucks now, frustrated, and would rather warn others not to bother.

Overall, this product has worked really well for me. I bought it back in June 2023 and I still use it everyday, and works great. It sounds just like a faint rain, which works well as white noise for me when going to sleep. I haven’t had any mechanical issues with it really, however, every time I clean my cloud, it starts to act up. It beeps, turns off/on by itself, and doesn’t stay on/off when I manually turn it off and on. This lasts usually for about a few hours up to a day, before the beeping and on/off issues stop and it goes back to normal. I assume it may be because I’m getting water in the charging port while cleaning it (which I try my best to avoid), but the difficulty with cleaning makes that hard since the plastic piece doesn’t come off. Overall, this product does its job and has done me well for almost a year, but just beware when cleaning because getting water in the port causes it to tweak.

I absolutely loved this product, it was soothing and helped me to fall asleep. It worked great at first but now the motor won’t run for the rain to work. I have tried cleaning it again, resetting it, etc. an it will just not run. If you’re willing to risk it, I loved it at first just know it may be short lived☹️

Il design in legno è molto attraente e sta bene in qualsiasi punto della casa. La dimensione è perfetta, né troppo grande né troppo piccola. Funziona bene ma devo dire che è un pochino rumoroso, ha una luce led a colori che cambia e può essere spenta o accesa secondo necessità. È molto facile da usare, basta aggiungere acqua e qualche goccia di olio essenziale e accenderlo. Suggestivi i colori di forte impatto visivo, il rumore delle goccioline che cadono davvero fantastico, per rilassarsi nella fase rem del sonno. Il prezzo è un po' alto, ma penso che ne valga la pena per la bellezza del prodotto. Non viene fornito con una selezione di oli , quindi dovrai acquistarli separatamente. Sulla qualità nn mi esprimo anche perché acquistato da una settimana. In generale sono contento del prodotto.
