Good so far
Works great but sometimes I’ll be too tired so I’ll give myself another 15 minutes but the alarm doesn’t go off. Only had it happen once or twice though. Other than that, no problems and great alarm

It doesn't work that well for how expensive it is.
The sound detection feature and the snooze feature don't work very well. To snooze the alarm you can't just touch the alarm you will need to HIT it. It usually takes me like 3 or 4 attempts to snooze the alarm. The sound detection to wake up the digital display is also not very responsive. You will have to clap loudly to get it to wake up if you're using the alarm on battery mode. It's priced like a premium product but it doesn't function like a premium product.

Poorly designed - must tap to see time
In battery mode, this clock does NOT display time - you have to tap it for the display to come on. A clock that doesn't tell time unless you are physically touching it is basically useless for me (and yes, if you plug it in the display stays on, but then the problem is that the display is way too bright to have on a nightstand - also a fail from a user experience point of view).

not easy to use
quite complicated. we have the older model that used AA batteries... MUCH BETTER. my husband is quite techie and he doesn't like this one. we don't even use it. bummer

Display does not stay on in battery mode
There is a sound of a loose piece inside the clock. It may have to do with the gyroscope of some sort or it could be related to the sound detection mechanism. The unit does not stay on when running on battery mode. You have to always have it plugged in to see the clock always displayed. Otherwise, you either have to clap loudly or touch the unit.

Would strongly recommend against a purchase
This is the second time I bought this product; thought I'd give it another chance, since Amazon was now selling it.The first one worked ok (bought from different retailer) until battery run out and it never charged again. I contacted the manufacturer to return it, they never contacted me back. Support is non existent.This one, from Amazon, doesn't even turn on.I am very disappointed. Wanted to support decent design, but the product is seriously flawed.It should be removed from the site.
