Not sure what fisture mount you mean. Iy has a standard mount for light stands which, I believe, is 5/8".

Yes.. If you leave everything as is, you will have all your settings the same when powering back up

Q: Where can I get just the power cord if I lost mine?

It's a standard PC power cord. Any cord for a desktop PC or laptop with detachable AC cord section will work.

Q: How many lights does this come with? Is it 1 or 2?

The product listing say 1 panel. The picture is demonstrating the front and back of the light panel. There is a two panel set, but you don't really save any money.
