Me impresionó positivamente este libro. A pesar de todo el hype no me molesto al final. Muchos tienen razón de que es un libro que te deja con un sentimiento esperanzador de los temas que se toca aquí. No quisiera pensar que es una utopía debido a lo que se está viviendo hoy en día con la realidad a que nos estamos afrentando tanto en cuestiones interpersonales como en la política del mundo..aquí el amor triunfo ante todas las cosas triunfó y que maravilloso es. Se lee rápido y me gusto el formato.

TERMINE DE LEER EL LIBRO EN UNA SEMANA, NO PODIA DEJARLO. TIENE MUCHO EN COMUN CON LOS PROBLEMAS POLITICOS Y PREJUICIOS DE LA SOCIEDAD EN QUE VIVIMOS,TANTO LA DE USA COMO LA UK, Y EL MUNDO EN GENERAL. LA GALLARDIA DE AMBOS PERSONAJES PARA ENFRENTAR LOS OBSTACULOS QUE SE LES PRESENTAN SON PARECIDOS A LOS QUE PODRIAN ENFRENTAR OTROS ADOLESCENTES Y JOVENES CUMUNES HOY DIA; PERO ESTOS NO SON INVENSIBLES. RECOMIENDO A PADRES QUE TIENEN HIJOS LEER ESTA MAGNIFICA OBRA LITERARIA. PODRIA SERVIRLES PARA APRENDIZAJE Y GUIA.

GREAT BOOK! Loved it. Saw the movie first so reading it was like experiencing it firsthand cause so much in it is different. Its a fun lighthearted read that warms the heart and gives you hope for love and a world of acceptance.

Es una historia que empezó un poco lenta para mi pero a partir del tercer capitulo es grandiosa. La recomiendo!

Totalmente recomendado si buscas una historia BL divertida y alocada, con buenas referencias y sobretodo con una crítica social para discutir.

Despite all hipes, it turns out not more than a gay chicklit, and I guess I was still expecting some degree of good read, bit very disappointed by the quality of writing even for chicklit. It is also unnecessarily long. I guess the author was trying to write a political novel like "House of Cards" and show off how inclusive she is on top of already unimaginable love story. All just didn't work. And the worst thing is that I felt like watching American TV series with lots of product placements. I didn't want to be bombarded with another 10 hours of commercials. I couldn't help thinking this must new way of YouTube product promotion. Sorry, but I have to say, do not waste your time and money for this book.

Mi opinión va dirigida, en principio, a otra opinión de una estrella. Cito textualmente (copia/pega): “Todo lo que escriben las mujeres sobre la homosexualidad masculina es basura, infantil y ridiculo. Jamás pueden saber, ni de lejos, como sienten las personas del sexo contrario.”Me parece una opinión harto absurda y ridícula… y bastante destructiva, dicho sea de paso. ¿Las mujeres y los hombres sienten de forma distinta? No sabía que el gen Y os otorgaba un sentimiento extra. Acepto que una mujer (hetero) se exprese de forma distinta, quizá más “ñoña”, pero sigue siendo amor. Como consumidora de literatura BL y erótica gay puedo decir que he leído libros escritos por gais que no me enseñan nada distinto (quizá sí más concreto). El último que he leído, de Iñigo Aguas, no puede ser menos cliché ni menos romántico. Porque eso es este libro: un cliché romántico y bastante utópico. Está claro que no va a ganar el Pulitzer, pero es bonito (muy muy enfocado en la tolerancia y el respeto). Una historia de amor entre dos chicos para pasar un rato divertido.
