I've been putting some 1930s radios back in service and these loops are an inexpensive solution for picking up AM broadcast stations.

Not a huge improvement
Incremental improvement overall but not as much as I hoped for over the standard rod antenna on receiver. Finally got the stand to work but not very intuitive, no instructions.
