Superior quality. Worth every dime. Right out of box… set up in about 5 minutes. Packaged very well. Order arrived early! All tree parts labeled, easy to read and understand instructions. Came with two sets of “branch gloves” to use when I start to fluff the branches. Comes with a vinyl type storage bag that looks sturdy if you choose to use it. I am impressed with the sturdiness and superior quality of this tree. I got the unlit tree and will purchase my own LED lights. There is a reason this brand of tree is expensive…quality cannot be matched. Even though it is not decorated yet.., it is a beautiful tree. Excellent value for the money.

I researched artificial Christmas trees for quite a long time before deciding on this blue spruce balsam hill unlit Christmas tree. The tree is beautiful & seems to be very well made. I liked it so much that I bought my daughter's family one too. I like how the tree isn't a big triangle. It goes in & out all the way down like a real Christmas tree would do. I like how there is space in between the branches for ornaments to dangle. I also like how I can bend a branch a little bit to keep an ornament where I want it to stay. There is very little shedding with this tree too, but unfortunately I did lose 2 small pieces while fluffing the branches. The tree comes in a box & the bottom 2 sections are tied together, but when u release it the branches gently fall down & apart. The tree WILL take a lot of time for you to fluff though. I sat on a small children's chair to fluff the bottom section & didn't put the middle section on until I was done fluffing the bottom branches. The tree does turn around in its base so I just sat there on my lil chair & gently pulled it around as I worked. Since the middle section of the tree was higher, I used a kitchen chair. It took me about an hour & a half to fluff the whole tree & my back did hurt a little bit afterwards but I am 65 yrs old so old age may be a factor. I think since the tree was brand new & had never been opened before, that next year the branches prob wont take as long to fluff. The top of the tree branches are wired on & not hinged which I suspect is normal for artificial Christmas trees. I tried holding that part in my lap & fluffing the branches but eventually had to put it on the tree while standing on a small chair to finish it up (but I'm short at 5'4"). I don't like how the top of the tree looks. If you'll notice from the video, it's kind of like a big clump. I'll hafta wait & see if the tree I bought my daughters family does the same thing. My husband likes how easy the tree was to put into the base. You just put the bottom section in and the other layers are straight all the way up. With our old tree, he had to fight getting the tree up straight every year.

Beautiful tree. Great size. Easy to put together. Has 3 parts that click together. Fluffy and full. Best quality tree I’ve even gotten and as a bonus it comes with a Christmas bag to pit the tree in when Christmas is over

I purchased this tree in November 2024, and it looked beautiful for Christmas 2024. When I set it up again in November 2025, the top third of the tree was noticeably dimmer and flickering. After completing all recommended troubleshooting, I identified the problem as a damaged strand plug (the female connector was faulty and would not seat properly). Because the tree was still within Balsam Hill’s 3-year warranty, I contacted Balsam Hill to request a replacement section. Despite providing my Amazon invoice showing the purchase was made through Balsam Hill’s Amazon storefront, I was told—after multiple “chat with seller” exchanges and a 1.5-hour phone call—that they could not locate my order in their system and therefore could not help. This was a $450 tree that functioned properly for only one Christmas season. While an Amazon executive team member was kind enough to issue a partial credit (approximately one-third of the purchase price), I am still left with a partially lit tree and no way to replace the defective section. Given the price point and the lack of manufacturer support for Amazon purchases, I will not be purchasing from Balsam Hill again.

This tree is great! It looks real, was easy to put together and the quality is excellent. It came with 2 nice bags for storage. Twinkly brand lights are the best and having them pre-strung is very helpful. The lights work great with the twinkly app. It wasn't super heavy, set up was easy and I would absolutely buy it again. Getting it 50% off for Black Friday was key though. This is my first faux tree and I'm very happy with it.

Excellent value for the money and. Very realistic easy to set up and store the instructions are clear and concise the storage bag comes in very handy.

Very happy with this tree. It has so many branches it took me an hour & a half to fold out all the stems. It comes with a bag to pack away for the summer along with gloves to protect your hands when shaping it and a bag for the stand. Very full and pretty

Until this year, I always went to a tree farm, but this year weather and other factors prevented that trip. So I did what I swore I would never do and bought from Balsam Hill, a nine foot classic blue spruce, , one recommended by Wirecutter. It came in two well packed boxes. I am delighted with the ease of assembly and the appearance. With my lights and decorations, it looks like a real tree. I had one problem where the directions did not match what I had, but a quick call to Balsam Hill customer service explained what to do. The woman was warm and friendly, happy to help. No my room does not have tree smell, but it was easier to deal with than a real tree.
