3 needed for the advertised strength
Good quality but read carefully. To get the dosage strength advertised you need 3 of the capsules. Look at the label- it still has good health benefits, easy to swallow, and doesn’t taste like anything.

I have had other products and this lacks quality. It does not work. Threw it out. Sorry, but please do better.
