We had never had couscous before.Tried this brand& we All loved.Very easy to cook&cooks very fast.A little goes a long way.

My rating is a bit biased. I have no prior experience with moroccan couscous, so this is my only exposure to-date. Packaging was properly sealed, as RS brand items tend to be. There were no weird bugs or strange/mysterious things inside. Directions and time were easy to follow, and the date on it is realistic. Decent price for amount, a good value. If I can eat this all within the time frame, I'll def buy again.

This stuff is a lifesaver for easy and fast meals. With a mix of spices and different veggies, it's a limitless canvas that comes together with basically no effort at all. I have dumped it, water, oil, spices, and veg into a bowl and microwaved it for like 5 minutes for instant dinner more times than I can count. Affordable, lasts forever, has more protein than you'd expect, what's not to like.

Quick to prepare. Taste great when the broth you add is flavored to your preference before mixing in.

Couscous adapts itself to so many dishes, I haven't gone without it for some decades. (RiceSelect has been a trusted brand for just as long, no matter rice or orzo or brown rice or white rice.). The only time that I've ever had to take special care was while I lived in a high humidity climate. The amount in each jar accommodates cooking needs to meet menus from one to five or six people. I have always taken care to avail myself of Amazon for all of the varieties offered, and truly appreciate that.

This RiceSelect Moroccan-style couscous showed up like, “Don’t worry, I’ve trained for this.” It cooked up light and fluffy fast, and suddenly my stew had the perfect partner-in-crime. It’s also ridiculously easy—five minutes and it’s ready, which is ideal when you’ve been lovingly babysitting stew and you’re officially done “working for dinner.” The texture is great, it absorbs flavor like a champ, and it makes the whole meal feel fancy… even if you’re eating it in sweatpants (no judgment). Bottom line: delicious, fast, and it made my lamb stew look like I knew what I was doing. I’ll absolutely keep this jar in the pantry for stews, roasts, and any situation where I need a reliable carb that doesn’t steal the spotlight.
