If you know Dr Sebi, this is by far the closest explanation of why we get sick.
Dr Sebi talks about Mucusless and since there’s No actual book about his teachings, which is more of cut videos interviewed. I stumbled on this book and the title Mucusless reminds me of the teachings that Dr Sebi was talking about. I ordered the book to see the inside of the content, and by far it gives me an understanding that what Dr Sebi was talking about is true coming from this Professor Arnold Ehret book.Alfred Bowman (Honduran Herbalist and Healer), AKA Dr Sebi in America teaches what this book is all about. The father of Naturopathy Prof Arnold Ehret goes into how are body gets sick and how to reverse it or prevented. A must read for people who’s suffering with pain and looking for answers.

Mucus - Who knew?
This little book is better than synthetic medicine and has a lot of useful information, regarding foods that contribute to excess mucus and inflammation vs an anti inflammatory diet. Highly recommended.

Timeless Information to Make You Healthy
Prof. Ehret's ideas and methods can change your life and unleash a tsunami of energy from within you. But they're not easy.It has taken me years to ease into and then finally enjoy a healthy lifestyle. And it's been disappointing to see how difficult it is for some of my friends and family to end their poor eating habits and change their lifestyle.I wouldn't consider this book as a "starting guide." It's more for people who are already committed to changing their lifestyle. The author's ideas are as undiluted as his politically incorrect worldview. To be fair, he died nearly 90 years ago and was unrestrained by the social pressures of our current hyper-sensitive society. For a short book, he covers a lot of ground, including acidic and alkalizing foods, transitioning to a healthy diet and fasting. The transition diet he espouses is extremely important because Ehret's idea of fasting isn't today's MTV-type weekend cleanse. His idea of a fast is more of the biblical kind - 40 days or so.One caveat - when you do begin to change your lifestyle, it's best to use a product to make sure you get all of the nutrients you need at the beginning. If not, your "cleansing crisis" could be so severe that you'd simply abandon your goals. Even when starting on a simple juicing regime, it's best to take it slowly at the outset. In summary, I think this is a great book with proven concepts that will work for you. But just realize the guy's hard-core. Take it easy in the beginning and build on your successes and stay with it. It's definitely worth it.

One of the most important and informative books I've ever read ...
I discovered Prof. Ehret's teachings while doing research on the power of a raw food diet. The book was an easy read. The topic is of great interest to me so I read the book in one day. Prof. Ehret spent years traveling the world and documenting the effects of a raw diet, particularly it's effect on physical health. His findings support what I already knew to be true through my own personal journey. I highly recommend this book especially to anyone experiencing health issues. The beauty of Prof. Ehret's suggested diet is that, unlike pharmaceutical treatment, it does no harm. Try it with an open mind and a positive spirit. This book is now in my top 5 list of "most important books to read for health and longevity".

Content is Good, Poorly Formatted
I enjoyed this book as I fast, but there are a few things that stand out: the number of misspelled words, poor grammar at times which make it seem if anyone actually edited this before publishing it.The content is solid for me except for Mr. Ehret’s ego at times. It seems like he get negative or passive aggressive with other dietians which I could do without...He could just state his experience and not comment on others or promote himself as all knowing.
