ZEN and the Art of Happiness

I've returned to this book more than once since I bought it years ago. Very uplifting and thought engaging.

quick read and full of great info

I found this book through a recommendation from my favorite tattoo artist at a hard time in my life.It is such a good, easy read for someone who hasn’t gotten on that bicycle in quite some time. I love it and recommend it to everyone going forward.

Prentiss is writing commercial bla bla in the genre of feel-good pulp like "What the bleep do we know", a book that Prentiss is often refering to.He randomly picks some elements of Zen and combines them with his own interpretations.

With an open mind - this would be worth the read! An easy read, and worth sharing with others you may know who will enjoy it as well. You will not be disappointed!
