10” Non Stick Pan
I’ve purchased another pan from Ayesha Curry. This small one is my favorite. It’s easy to clean and it’s truly non stick.

Great pan for fried eggs
I thought I ordered the larger pan with the lid, but ended up with the 8.25 inch pan and am actually quite happy with it. This is a solid, heavy little skillet that heats up quickly and evenly. The nonstick coating is quite good and releases over easy eggs beautifully. I did use a little bit of oil and that made it very easy to quickly cook my eggs and slide onto my plate without breaking the yolks. The sides of the pan were slightly more tacky, so don’t miss the center of the pan like I did. In the picture I attached, you can see that I had slightly overheated the pan, but I was still able to cook the egg with a beautiful golden yolk and delicate white despite my own error in technique. The handle is comfortable to grip and stays cool during use. Easy to clean due to the nonstick. Overall pleased with this pan.

Handle gets very hot
False advertisement, I bought this pan because of the silicone handle, but it gets very hot. I was thinking to buy more from this brand, I'm glad I tried with small one first.

Excellent non-stick pan
The actual manufacturer of this pan is Meyer and is made in Thailand. Meyer makes excellent kitchen utensils. This is an excellent quality pan. And the handle has a knob for hanging off my kitchen rack! It has some weight and the surface is an indication of its quality! I cooked using this pan and my food does not stick to the pan, with even heat dissipation! I love this pan!!!

Solid, quality non-stick fry pan. Higher sides than the caphalon 8 inch it replaced. No lid.
This a is a solid, nonstick pan. It is heavier and had higher sides than the 8 inch Caphalon it replaced. The nonstick is excellent and I can get by using very little oil when frying anything in this. The handle stays cool, which was the biggest reason for my choosing this pan. Also the outside of the pan is nonstick which makes for an easier clean up. The only disappointing thing is the pan does not come with a lid, even tho it’s states so in the title.
