Does anyone know if this product is cruelty free ?

does this come shrink wrapped so pump doesn't get broken or leaking in shipping?

I'm pretty sure that mine was bubble wrapped when I received it, but the pump on the conditioner, which comes in the exact same bottle as the shampoo (with a different label) never pumped. There were no leaks when the bottles were shipped. I find it annoying to stand in the shower pumping and pumping and pumping shampoo into my hand, but the shampoo seems to significantly soften my dry, color treated hair (I am on my first bottle of the shampoo and am still experimenting with the shampoo combined with various conditioners, as I have LOTS of trouble combing through tangles at the ends of my hair when using the companion conditioner).

Can I use this product after my hair transplant. I'm looking for a low pH of 5.5?

Hi I myself have never gotten a hair transplant. But, I have used this shampoo and I loved the way my scalp and hair felt. It felt clean,alive and thicker. it is sulfate free and fragrance free which it should be safer to use because it doesn’t have all the extra chemicals we don’t need. I hope this was helpful.
