They were very large in size and absorbant. Highly recommended for postpartum time.

I remember having to use the Kotex brand at the age of 13 and was so unhappy with the quality and discomfort. But, boy oh boy what a full circle moment when I decided to try them again at 40 years later at 53!!! I have tried all of these popular brands and nothing compares to these overnight pads. I’m so I’m surprised with the quality and softness of the pads. It’s long enough to hold those embarrassing moments from sneezing, coughing or hell just moving around! I also love the adhesive on the bottom everything stays put, which makes it less likely for leaks and spills. Ladies if you have extremely heavy cycles this is the pad for you! It definitely gives what it says it will give.

These are my go to pads, and believe me I use a LOT of them. My period is so heavy I’ve been hospitalized because my hemoglobin and iron levels have gotten so low, and I’m having surgery next week to try to remedy the situation. These are the best pads I’ve found after trying probably every one on the market. I’ve still leaked with them, but I don’t believe it’s the pad’s fault- it did the best it could with what it was working with. They are indeed VERY long, thick but not obnoxiously so, and stay in place. The only problem I’ve had is when using with underwear that are less than 100% cotton they sometimes stick- the pad rips and pieces of it stay stuck to the underwear when removing, but they work well enough that I happily deal with that. Definitely recommend these for anyone that needs heavy/ overnight protection.

I bought these specifically for postpartum use. They are super long and absorbent so I never had an issue with leaks. They are quite bulky. These are great to make icepads with!

Bigger than expected, but it stays in place and is still comfortable.
