Is this 12 tabs or 24? Shows 1-12 on cover

It has 12 tabs, but inside each tab are 2 pockets.

Where are tab replacements available? The tabs do come out and can be replaced, so having that option would be helpful. Thanks

PS - The sheet is longer than 8 1/2 x 11, so I made two columns, and stuck them together. No one but you will ever know.

What do you use to write on the index? Can you use erase markers and then erase when you want to change the index?

I have only used Sharpie permanent marker on the tabs and it works very well.

Is this just a folder organizer or a typical accordion style?

Folder organizer. Very sturdy construction
